Most of the projects can be done with a basic silversmithing torch such as a plumbers propane torch all the way up to a Acetylene or Little Torch and basic silversmithing tools.

You will need a two gas (an oxygen/fuel torch similar to the Smith Little Torch) to do any of the pin decorations.
